Vitamin D is mostly recognized as being essential to the function of the human immune system and to maintaining healthy bones. However, the health benefits of vitamin D stretch much further than covering these two areas of concern.
Vitamin D receptors can be found in at least 36 types of body tissue, and can also influence gene expression of thousands of genes. Some of these genes include those which are associated with detoxification enzymes in the body.
Research has indicated that vitamin D3 is better at raising the body’s serum 25(OH)D concentration than vitamin D2 (calciferol).
Store at room temperature.
Take 1 to 2 pumps by mouth once daily.
Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing.
Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by healthcare professional.
Take on empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals.
Use within 6 months of opening.
